LoopCV's help center gives the limits: the free Basic plan offers 10 applications in total, Standard offers 100 applications or emails a month, and Premium offers 300.

Who decides when an application is sent
LoopCV is built around the loop: you upload your CV and set a job search, and LoopCV scans job boards every day, matches jobs to your profile and applies automatically, by form or by email to recruiters. Its pricing page says you can edit a message before it is sent if it is too generic. You pause or deactivate a loop to stop applying.
Applystead separates paying from applying. Standard never submits automatically: you review the exact resume and answers for each job and press Apply, up to 200 a day. Premium applies automatically, but only after you give a separate, explicit approval; creating a profile or paying for membership does not start applications.

LoopCV refunds and canceling
LoopCV says you can cancel anytime from your account and keep access until the end of the billing period. Its refund policy allows a request within 7 days of a payment when the service was faulty or a charge was unauthorized, and lists conditions: fewer than 20 applications sent, fewer than 50 matches found, and at least 2 full days of running. A change of mind is not grounds, and the Done For You plan is non-refundable.
