What Massive does
Massive is an auto-apply service. After you fill out a profile, it matches you with jobs from companies it says it hand-vets, writes a custom resume and cover letter for each one and fills out the application on your behalf. You can pick the jobs yourself or turn on Autopilot. It also offers visa sponsorship filters for companies that sponsor US visas and drafts a message to the hiring team.
Its terms of use describe three subscriptions that can be bought separately or bundled: Search, for finding and manually applying to jobs, Magic Resume, for an AI resume and cover letter per job, and Auto Apply, which prepares and submits applications into employers' applicant tracking systems for you.
