Methodology
The hiring pulse counts only public job postings that employers publish on their own applicant tracking systems (such as Greenhouse, Lever and Ashby), for the companies with an Applystead company page. Nothing here comes from job boards, from Applystead members or from applications sent through Applystead.
- Open roles and companies hiring: the open postings on each company page, and the companies with at least one, at the month's latest update.
- New roles in the last 30 days: postings first published in the 30 days before that update.
- Postings that list pay and remote postings: shares of the postings with an Applystead job page, where pay means a range the employer published, never an estimate.
- Application systems: the system most of a company's postings use, counted once per hiring company.
- Median days open: days from posting to closing for the job pages whose posting closed in the month.
- Top hiring companies: companies ranked by new roles in the last 30 days.
The current month updates every hour; a past month keeps the figures of its last update.
