When does the 90-day period start?
The qualifying 90-day period starts from the first apply counted toward the 10,000, not when you create an account, build a profile, pay for Premium or enable applications. Your deadline is 90 days after that first counted application.
What does the guarantee refund?
If you have not received a job offer by that deadline and meet the requirements below, we will refund the Premium subscription payments charged during that qualifying 90-day period, after verifying eligibility. For a prepaid 6- or 12-month Premium term, we will instead refund three months at that term's monthly rate.
What must I do during the period?
You must prove that you attended every interview during the qualifying 90-day period and made at least 10,000 successful applications during that same period. Applications of any kind count toward the 10,000 only when they are successful; queued, failed and unconfirmed applications do not count.
What is required for refund review?
Keep documentation of attendance at every interview and records of your successful applications. Review requires those records, the date of your first counted application, subscription payment records, and confirmation that you had not received a job offer by the 90-day deadline. Eligibility must be verified before a refund is issued; refunds are not automatic.
After your qualifying 90-day period, request a manual guarantee review by emailing support@mail.applystead.com from your account email address. Identify your Applystead account, state the date of your first counted application and confirm that you had not received a job offer by the deadline. Include your successful application records and attendance evidence for every interview, such as recruiter attendance confirmations; an invitation alone does not establish attendance. Redact unrelated personal information. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, identity documents, financial account details or other sensitive documents. We review the claim and retained subscription records before determining eligibility; sending an email does not automatically issue a refund.
Paying for Premium does not authorize applications. Your separate application approval and controls still apply.

Does paying start applications?
No. Choose your plan and complete signup, then upload one document or describe your experience. You confirm the generated profile. Standard requires your review and Apply action for each job; Premium requires your explicit automatic-application approval.
What can I upload or write?
Start with a resume or an application-related document, or use one text box for your background, experience, ideal roles, locations, work preferences and other relevant facts. Passwords, financial details and document numbers are not needed. We do not infer sensitive or legal facts from your identity.
What if the generated information is wrong?
Edit the facts or add corrections and regenerate. Later generations use stronger thinking. A manual option is offered after the second attempt; after five attempts, complete the profile manually. You can edit or deliberately redo an approved profile later.
How does Standard's daily limit work?
You can authorize up to 200 applications per day. Your workspace shows the remaining allowance and reset time. Reserved or uncertain sends count conservatively, so an unknown outcome is never retried as though nothing happened.
What does Premium's match percentage mean?
Choose a threshold from 50–100%. Your approved information is compared with eligible catalog jobs using the same matcher as dispatch. Counts and job lists update for your selected threshold; an unavailable or unfinished count is not shown as zero.
What happens after the founder offer?
For eligible Premium subscriptions started from September 23, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM PDT through before September 30, 2026 at 12:00:00 AM PDT, the first three months are $500 per month. The subscription then renews at $1,000 per month until canceled. The exact recurring terms are shown for acceptance before checkout.
What if I already paid for access?
Eligible existing paid subscribers receive Premium at $200 per month while continuously subscribed. A new subscription after cancellation uses current terms. Existing lifetime purchases remain lifetime access and are not converted into recurring charges.
