Autofill, Autopilot and prepared applications
Simplify offers two ways to apply. Copilot fills in the application page while you watch, and you submit it yourself. Autopilot, in beta for some Simplify+ members, completes and submits an application for a job you picked, with no review step once you choose it.
Applystead Standard sits between the two. The application is prepared for you, and it is sent only after you have reviewed the exact resume and answers and clicked Apply. Premium applies automatically, but only after a separate approval that paying or signing up does not give.
If you like to fill in forms yourself with help, Copilot is a strong free option. If you want the preparation done for you but still want the last word on every application, Standard is built for that.
What each costs over a three-month search
Simplify is far cheaper for paid features. At the prices on its help center when we checked, three months of Simplify+ cost $89.99. Three months of Applystead Standard cost $600, and three months of Premium cost $3,000 at the regular price.
