How automatic applying works on Applystead: approval or automatic mode, and the application systems it submits through.

Is Applystead an ApplyAll alternative?

ApplyAll and Applystead both send job applications for you, in different ways. ApplyAll is a done-for-you service: people choose jobs with its matching, fill out the forms and submit a fixed number of applications. Applystead is software: it prepares applications for you to review and send, up to 10 a day on Free and 200 a day on Standard, or sends them automatically after your separate approval on Premium.

If you want people to handle a set number of applications for a one-time price, ApplyAll fits that goal better. If you want daily free tailoring, or to click Apply on every application yourself, Applystead fits.

Paying once or by subscription

ApplyAll charges once for a set number of applications, with no subscription: at the sale prices on its home page, $249 for 100 or $299 for 200.

Applystead's paid plans are subscriptions: Standard is $200 a month or $840 for 12 months, and Premium is $500 a month or $4,200 for 12 months. The closest thing to paying once is the Premium pass, a single $199 payment for 30 days of Premium with no renewal; each account can buy one, from Billing after you create your account.

How ApplyAll's interview guarantee works

ApplyAll's guarantee covers its Standard and Premium plans. If you do not get at least one qualifying interview within 30 days of application completion, the date your full allotment of applications has been submitted, it says it refunds your entire payment.

Applystead offers no job or refund guarantee on Premium bought from October 8, 2026.
