How to use it

Add your resume. Paste your resume or upload the file. Use the version you plan to send, so the review points at the exact lines an employer will read.
Name the role you want. Optionally type the job title you are applying for. The review then judges which strengths and fixes matter most for that kind of role.
Read the three lists. Keep the strengths as they are, work through the fixes from the top, since the most important come first, and add any missing details you can honestly back up.
