Frequently asked questions
Does the cover letter generator make things up?
It is told to use only facts from your resume, and every letter is checked before you see it: a number, degree or name that your resume does not contain is refused and the letter is rewritten once. If it still cannot write from your facts, you see no letter and the attempt does not count toward your free allowance.
How long is the cover letter?
Between 250 and 350 words in three or four short paragraphs, the length most career centers recommend for one page.
Is my resume saved?
No. Your resume and the job are sent to Applystead only to write the letter and are not stored. Only a daily count per network address is kept, never the address itself.
How many cover letters can I write for free?

Can I paste a job link instead of the description?
