How automatic applying works on Applystead: approval or automatic mode, and the application systems it submits through.

Is Scale.jobs legit?

Scale.jobs publishes what you would want to check before paying: its plan prices and application counts, how long each plan lasts, a written refund formula with a worked example, and contact details by email, WhatsApp and phone. It says each application comes with a proof screenshot, so you can see what was sent.

We have not used Scale.jobs and do not rate it. Before you buy, read recent independent reviews, confirm the terms on its site, and keep the proof screenshots it says it provides. Remember that Scale.jobs' assistants apply in your name, so check the resumes and answers they use.

Scale.jobs pricing

Scale.jobs sells one-time plans, not subscriptions. Basic is $199 for 250 applications over 30 days with one assistant. Standard is $299 for 500 over 60 days. Best Value is $399 for 1,000 over 90 days with two assistants and custom cover letters. Ultimate Bundle is $1,099 for 1,100 over 180 days and includes AI Custom Resumes, We Find Jobs, Expert Resume Writing and a LinkedIn Makeover, which otherwise cost $99 to $199 each.

Applystead's paid plans are subscriptions: Standard is $200 USD a month, or $840 for a 12-month term that renews yearly, and Premium is $500 USD a month. Applystead's free account costs nothing and needs no credit card.

Human assistants or software

Scale.jobs argues that software skips custom career portals, login walls and multi-step forms, and that people can apply through any of them. Its assistants work from your plan's credits, and a team reviews your targeting every 15 days.

Applystead is software. Standard shows you the exact resume and answers for each job before you press Apply, up to 200 a day. Premium applies automatically, but only after you give a separate, explicit approval; creating a profile or paying does not start applications.

Scale.jobs refunds and canceling

Scale.jobs says you can cancel anytime. Its refund is the plan price minus the pro-rata cost of what was used and a one-time $100 fee. Its own example: on the $399 plan for 1,000 applications, canceling after 100 applications returns $259.10. Expert resume writing and the LinkedIn makeover are not refunded pro rata.

On Applystead, cancel before renewal to avoid the next charge; your free documents stay editable and exportable after a paid membership ends.
