Job description
Hi, we’re Gravie. Our mission is to create health benefits that actually benefit small and midsize businesses and their employees. Our innovative benefit solutions and services are developed and delivered by a diverse group of unique people. We encourage you to be your authentic self - we like you that way.
The Role
This role sits within Gravie’s Level-Funded Product team and helps shape the product strategy, vendor partner roadmap, and digital experiences that enable effective member navigation and steerage. Working in close partnership with Clinical, Pharmacy, and Gravie Care teams, this PM translates shared business priorities and member needs into scalable technology capabilities that help members access better, more affordable care.
What you'll own
- Lead digital product collaboration with external steerage, navigation, and value-based care partners, ensuring a cohesive, Gravie-led member experience.
- Define how signals and outcomes flow both ways so a partner's program runs inside Gravie's member navigation framework.
- Own the roadmap against the member outcome including the operator workflows, campaign and eligibility logic, and outcome tracking that produce it.
- Implement these member navigation programs from a digital product perspective, alongside the internal team operationalizing each one.
- Work with internal teams to define the steerage workflows and handoffs, and surface the cross-team workflows they depend on.
- Work closely with the clinical and care teams to define and own steerage outcome metrics.
- Own the member escalation and resolution flows by coordinating with leads from across internal teams to prioritize tasks needed to resolve member escalations
- Partner closely with internal teams to continuously refine the process to prioritize and resolve member escalations.
- Partner closely with Gravie Care team to understand their workflows and tooling; continuously identify opportunities to drive scale efficiency from a digital product standpoint
- Work with leadership on the path forward for the case management platform by framing context for build vs. buy vs. partner.
- Identify opportunities where Agentic AI can drive personalization and efficiency at scale.
What you bring
- 6+ years in or working with digital product management
- Domain depth in care navigation, provider/drug steerage, or pharmacy benefits.
- Experience designing and measuring causality between outreach and claim impact.
- Working knowledge of how health plans pay for care: deductibles, accumulators, claims.
- Experience selecting or implementing an operational platform (case management, CRM, or similar) and managing external partners.
