Job description

The Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join Wpromote’s Technology team and help shape Polaris IQ, our marketing intelligence platform that gives clients more intelligent investment decisions and actions to grow their brand and their bottomline, with solutions across brand health, audience, creative, media, and measurement.

You’ll own multiple applications within Polaris IQ and lead the development & design group responsible for delivering the roadmap across those areas, building solutions that serve both Wpromote’s marketing experts and our clients. Sitting at the intersection of digital marketing, client delivery, and technology, you’ll work closely with our marketing services teams, clients, Engineering, Design, and other partners to understand how marketers work, identify opportunities, and turn them into clear product decisions and requirements.

The ideal candidate brings curiosity, strong judgment, and an innovative mindset to how technology, data, and AI can improve the way marketers work. You’re comfortable navigating competing priorities, using research and data to make decisions, and independently moving work forward. You understand how a digital marketing agency operates and the work our teams do for clients. For someone with digital agency experience, this role could be a great opportunity to apply that knowledge while taking the next step into Product.

You Will Be

  • Owning multiple applications within Polaris IQ, leading the squad responsible for delivering your roadmap, and contributing to the broader Wpromote Product roadmap
  • Conducting user research, analyzing market and product data, and developing clear use cases and recommendations to evaluate and prioritize opportunities
  • Translating user and business needs into requirements, workflows, acceptance criteria, and prioritized work for Engineering and Design
  • Partnering across Engineering, Design, R&D, Product Marketing, Sales, and Client Services to deliver, launch, and drive adoption of valuable and reliable product experiences
  • Representing Polaris IQ in client conversations, sales demos, internal meetings, and cross-functional planning
  • Using product usage, adoption, feedback, and business performance data to evaluate success and guide future decisions
  • Triaging product questions and issues, identify patterns, and escalate bugs, risks, and opportunities for improvement

You Must Have

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing technology, or a digital agency, with a strong understanding of how agency teams deliver marketing services for clients
  • Experience translating user or business needs into product requirements, priorities, workflows, or deliverables
  • Experience working with technical and cross-functional teams to move initiatives from idea through execution
  • Strong communication, facilitation, analytical, and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to create alignment and make informed recommendations
  • Ability to independently manage ambiguity and competing priorities, make sound decisions, and take ownership without extensive oversight
  • Curiosity about marketing technology, data, AI, and emerging ways to improve how marketing teams work

Nice to Have

  • Product management, product operations, or software development experience, particularly in SaaS or marketing technology
  • Hands-on experience in paid search, paid social, programmatic, SEO, content, creative, analytics, measurement, or another digital marketing discipline
  • Experience working with marketing data, APIs, integrations, dashboards, reporting, SQL, BigQuery, or product analytics tools
  • Experience with Jira and Agile/Scrum practices
  • Experience supporting client-facing demos, training, enablement, launches, proposals, or go-to-market initiatives
