Expected pay for this position is $206.35 - $295.08/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. This is a Salaried position.
Overview
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Senior Vice President/Chief Supply Chain Officer (CSCO) provides vision and strategic leadership for an integrated Supply Chain organization supporting OSF HealthCare, Pointcore, and its partners. Owns the Supply Chain value creation agenda, including sustainable cost reduction, cost avoidance, margin sustainability, utilization optimization, working capital, contract performance, supplier economics, clinical value, supply resiliency, and new revenue and growth opportunities. Leads the advancement of a data-driven, technology-enabled Supply Chain and the continued growth of the Pointcore Supply Chain Collaborative. Serves as a strategic business partner across clinical, operational, financial, and technology functions to drive value, innovation, resiliency, customer experience, and organizational growth. Accountable for all areas of Supply Chain, supported by the Supply Chain leadership team.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration, finance, operations, healthcare administration, or related field.
Experience:
- 15 years of progressive and results-oriented supply chain experience in a complex, multi-facility healthcare or similarly sophisticated environment.
- 5 years of senior leadership experience.
- Demonstrated experience leading multiple components of the end-to-end supply chain and delivering measurable financial and operational improvement.
- Demonstrated success leading organizational transformation and significant change.
Other Skills/ Knowledge:
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration skills with the ability to influence and inform.
- Demonstrated transformational leadership skills within a complex organization.
- Strong strategic, business, financial, negotiation, planning, and decision-making skills.
- Strong relationship-building skills with physicians, clinical leaders, executives, suppliers, clients, and external partners. Demonstrated ability to leverage data, analytics, technology, and automation to improve business performance.
- Ability to anticipate supply chain risks, market changes, disruption, and strategic opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to build, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
- Master's degree in supply chain, business administration, healthcare administration, finance, operations, or related field.
Experience:
- Executive supply chain leadership experience within a large integrated health system.
- Experience with healthcare supply chain collaboratives, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs), shared services, or external commercial models.
- Experience developing or scaling supply chain services for external organizations.
- Experience implementing advanced analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, or other digital supply chain technologies.
- Experience with mergers and acquisitions, strategic partnerships, or other growth-oriented initiatives.
- Demonstrated commercial acumen, including experience developing business cases, operating models, partnerships, pricing strategies, and scalable services or solutions.
