How to use it
- List what you accomplished. Write down the projects you finished, the results they had and any numbers you can stand behind. Rough notes work; the generator turns them into sentences.

What goes into a self-evaluation?
Most self-evaluations cover three things: what you accomplished during the review period, where you grew or want to grow, and your goals for the next period. The generator writes one paragraph for each, in the first person, from the notes you give it.
Will it make up accomplishments or numbers?
It is told to use only facts from your notes, and every result is checked before you see it: a number, degree or name your notes do not contain is refused and the text is rewritten once. If it still cannot be written from your facts, you see nothing and the attempt does not count toward your free allowance.
What if I leave the goals box empty?
The goals paragraph is then based on the growth areas you wrote, so it stays tied to your own words. For goals that match your plans, add a line or two about what you want to work on next.
Are my notes saved?
No. The text you type is sent to Applystead only to write this self-evaluation and is not stored. Copy the result into your review form before you leave the page.
How many self-evaluations can I write for free?
