What is a resume summary?
A resume summary is a short paragraph at the top of your resume that says who you are professionally, what you are good at and what you have achieved. Recruiters often read it first, so it should match the role you want.
Does the generator make things up?
It is told to use only facts from your resume, and every result is checked before you see it: a number, degree or name your resume does not contain is refused and the summaries are rewritten once. If they still cannot be written from your facts, you see nothing and the attempt does not count toward your free allowance.
How long should a resume summary be?
Two to four sentences is enough for most resumes. Each summary here is between 35 and 70 words, short enough to read at a glance and long enough to name your strengths and one result.
How many summaries can I write for free?
