What’s new on October 14, 2026

The 5 updates to Applystead that went live for every member on .

Interview invitations now land in your Inbox

Invitations to interviews, calls, screenings and assessments that employers send through hiring tools or scheduling links now arrive in your Mailbox Inbox instead of Updates. Invitations from the past two weeks that had been filed under Updates are in your Inbox now too.

Clearer emails, and fewer when you're away

The daily review email now names the roles waiting for you, and it, sent-application emails and setup reminders share one clean design. If you haven't reviewed in a while, the review email slows to once a week, then pauses until you're back. Updates and alerts are gradually moving to noreply@updates.mail.applystead.com; adding it to your contacts helps them reach your inbox.

Past-employment and job-source questions answered for you

Some employers ask whether you have worked for them before, or how you heard about the job with their own careers site as one of the choices. Applystead now answers the first from the work history on your profile and picks the employer's own careers site for the second, so these applications go through without waiting on you.

Tidier replies in your Mailbox

Your signature now appears under a single separator line, in replies you write and in replies drafted for you. On larger screens, the Discard button in a reply is never hidden behind the Feedback button, and snooze times fit on one line.

Campaigns: email the people behind a whole set of jobs at once

Premium members can now open Campaigns in the Mailbox, choose jobs by title, seniority, place and how recent they are, and we find each job's recruiter or hiring manager and write an email for that role. You see every email, who it goes to and the address it comes from, approve once, and follow sends and replies in one place.
