Applications that are ready to go no longer wait behind ones scheduled for a later time, so Auto apply sends more of your applications sooner.
Behind the scenes: fewer needless redraws
Your menu and notification bell now update only when something has actually changed, so pages settle sooner after they open.
Addresses and "please specify" answers filled in on more forms
More application forms now go through: your street address is matched even when the employer's address lookup writes it a little differently, and a "please specify" box that appears after an "Other" choice is filled in for you. We also recognise more employers' confirmation pages, so your applications show as sent sooner.
