Employee Contract Type: Local - Fixed Term Employee (Fixed Term) Job Description: Job Purpose: Coordinate and handle sponsorship operation activities at the Area Program (AP) level in ensuring compliance to World Vision's sponsorship policies, standards & procedures, and maintain the integration of child sponsorship with program, and smooth relationship of sponsors and children, their families and communities so as to achieve the sustained wellbeing of children, especially the most vulnerable. Communicate World Vision's Christian ethos and demonstrate a quality of spiritual life that is an example to others. Major Responsibilities: Ensure and monitor all sponsorship operation activities/KPIs and their alignment with sponsorship policies standard’s and maintain the quality and timeliness of all sponsorship communications. Collaborate and network with Health, education, livelihood & WASH sector specialists to monitor and ensure the presence of children in the AP area and are benefited from/participating in the program. Provide capacity building trainings on different sponsorship business standards including new sponsorship initiatives to staff, children, volunteers, partners and follow up its implementation and application to enhance child participation and voice. Take part in child data collection, analyze child data and monitor the processes of ongoing sponsorship business and its quality in Single STEP system. Ensure and take part Child Rights/protection and child development programs with special emphasis on Child Rights Committee, School clubs establishment and the implementation of child playground and youth centers. Collaborate with other AP team and develop a plan and implement sponsorship 2.0 contents (CGV, YIV, YAP, CSMV, CPA, CGP, CAUR, etc…) across the AP, using new technologies & methodologies to communicate with sponsors/donors Monitor and ensure timely collection and delivery of mails/parcels, GNs & Bounce back/gift kit/birthday celebration budgets utilization, SO quires, completeness of RC personal file and documentation by sample checking Design quality and innovative Annual Progress Report (APR) and Christmas Card (CC), follow up the process and ensure their timely submission to Cluster Programs, NO, SO and sponsors. Facilitate Ministry Wide Risk Assessment Project (MWRAP) Sponsorship assessment and other accountability review processes at AP and follow up the implementation of recommendations to ensure that the gaps identified are addressed in timely manner. · Handle all Sponsor/donor Visits and communicate all relevant reports to Cluster Program, NO and respective support offices Take part in the process of AP design/redesign/transition phase of AP including the review of documents, annual plan/budget and ensure the preparation of fare well letters, project closure comments and RC file drop process · 5 Develop case study/ success story and capture MSC in the life of children, and share with all concerned as it is required Produce and analyze various sponsorship operation reports and share it with all concerned in timely basis Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification: BA/BSc Degree in English, Psychology, Rural Development, Development Studies, Sociology and other related Social Science fields. Required Professional Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in child sponsorship operation. Preferred Knowledge and Qualifications: MA in English, Psychology, Sociology, Rural development, Development Studies and other relevant fields with 2-3 yrs experience in Child sponsorship operations Basic computer skills in Windows, Ms Excel, Word, publisher and power point.
