  • Develop clear product specifications and collaborate with Engineering, UX, and QA throughout design, development, testing, and release.
  • Deliver automation and AI-assisted capabilities that reduce manual work across promotional content workflows, including claims linking, reference substantiation, workflow configuration, content reuse, and content checks.
  • Ensure product solutions meet scalability, quality, traceability, and auditability expectations within a highly regulated industry.
  • Coordinate with other product teams to create connected experiences across the platform and support go-to-market activities by equipping Sales, Services, and Support teams with product positioning, demonstrations, and documentation.

  • Deep understanding of data flow architecture, prompt engineering, and model fine-tuning, particularly for regulated content environments.
  • Ability to explain complex AI concepts and translate technical capabilities into business value for non-technical stakeholders across Marketing, Legal, Medical, and Regulatory functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with UX and Engineering teams to deliver intuitive products for complex workflows.
  • Experience in marketing, marketing operations, or building products for marketing teams, with an understanding of brand strategy, campaign planning, and content production.
  • Familiarity with brand and marketing processes, including creative and campaign briefs, agency and studio workflows, brand guidelines, governance, modular content, content supply chains, omnichannel planning, and launch readiness.
  • Nice to have: Experience with PromoMats or Vault Medical, familiarity with life sciences workflows such as Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) review, 2253 submissions, or Medical Information processes, and a background in data science, machine learning, or data engineering.

Benefits:
