Changing where you want to work, or anything else in your profile, no longer empties your Queue while it updates. The jobs that are ready stay in your Queue and you can keep applying while the new matches come in.
We now answer more of the questions employers add to their forms, always from the details you've already given us: whether you've worked for the employer before, which of their degree choices matches yours, ties to the employer or government, other work you do, acknowledgements, your right to work, when you can start and work, how you heard about the job, and each part of your name.
When you change which résumé you send, applications that were still waiting to go out now use the résumé your settings choose today, not the one they were first prepared with. Anything that may already have reached an employer stays exactly as it was sent.
