PRODUCT UPDATES

What’s new on October 11, 2026

The 9 updates to Applystead that went live for every member on .

Behind the scenes: rejoin offers open from Membership

When we invite a former member back with an offer, it now appears on their Membership page with its full terms beside one clear consent, and they can rejoin through secure checkout. Nothing changes for current members.

Ask for next steps or feedback after an interview

When an employer goes quiet after an interview, its interview page now offers to draft a short, polite note asking about next steps. After a no, it can draft a request for feedback. Drafts open in your Mailbox for you to review and send, and AI agents you connect can do the same. One note at a time, so employers are never over-messaged. On paid plans.

Connect Claude Code, Codex, omp, Muse or Grok Bot

The Developers page now has setup steps for more AI agents, and how to run yours on a schedule. Connected agents can also reply straight from an employer's email, add a job they found in search to your queue, and tell you plainly when an application is approved and waiting to send.

Accepting an offer pauses Auto apply and Full auto

When you mark an offer as accepted, Applystead pauses Auto apply and turns off Full auto replies, so no new applications or automatic replies go out after you've said yes. You can turn them back on at any time.

Behind the scenes: confirmations from one more kind of career site recognised

We now automatically recognise the confirmation pages of one more widely used kind of employer career site, so more of the applications we send for you are checked as received without waiting for a manual review. What gets sent for you is unchanged.

Resume checks on My profile

My profile now starts with quick resume checks: a missing start month for your current role, gaps between roles, a missing LinkedIn link, and skills your headline or summary mention that none of your roles describe. Each check takes you straight to the field to fix.

See why employers said no

A new page, Why employers said no, sorts the rejection emails you receive by the reason each one gives, such as location, experience, or a role that closed, with a tip for each. Your Dashboard now shows the most common reasons too.

Behind the scenes: the services behind your applications stay funded

We now see in one place what every paid service behind your applications costs each day and how much each account needs to last through the middle and the end of the month, so balances are topped up before they run low and your applications keep moving.

A cleaner workspace without boxes inside boxes

Pages no longer stack boxes inside other boxes. Interview pages and their rounds and briefings, the dashboard, analytics, notifications, the mailbox, your application details and the search and queue settings now separate sections with simple dividers, so every page reads more cleanly on phones and computers.
