Overview

Develop content that is aligned with the business needs with the right level of objectives, various compatible and breakthrough methodology complemented with tools to evaluate the effectiveness of the program. The term aligned with business needs encompass the process in which as content developer on an annual basis they must do a review whether the content is still aligned with business needs and do customization and/or revision when needed. The scope of work specifically for development program in each distribution channel.This individual will develop curriculum to be used by the training facilitators and/or instructors and training participants.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain training programs, modules, and learning materials to support business and sales capability development.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate training effectiveness to ensure learning programs meet business objectives.
  • Lead and facilitate Train-the-Trainer (TTT) sessions, including trainer assessments for new products and training initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the Digital Learning team to develop engaging classroom, e-learning, and microlearning solutions.
  • Ensure the quality, relevance, and continuous improvement of training content, while coordinating with external training vendors when needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Minimum 3 – 4 year experience related to training or people development, banking, insurance industry.
  • Has experience in developing training modules for Sales Force.
  • Has comprehensive understanding on Financial Industry specifically for Life Insurance business.
  • Passionate on People capability and development.
