Job Description
Strategic Commercial Planning & Forecasting: Manage Longtail commercial plans and analyze lever efficiency to guide investment allocation and ensure the delivery of targets.
Performance Management: Manage weekly performance metrics and troubleshoot with cross-functional teams to optimize promotional investments and ensure effectiveness against planning.
Campaign Management & Program Governance: Coordinate with relevant teams to execute the commercial campaign calendar and establish best practices that drive merchant growth.
Analytics & Experimentation: Evaluate growth experiments and maintain performance dashboards to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for continuous business improvement.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in commercial planning, strategy, business analytics, or related roles.
Strong analytical skills (SQL and/or BI tools), with the ability to reason from data to business decisions.
Proficiency with Excel/Sheets and comfort working with large datasets.
Structured problem-solving and strong stakeholder communication.
High ownership: proactive, organized, and able to deliver under tight timelines.
