Your Impact The Vertex Supply Chain Master Data Management Co-Op is a 6-month experiential training program for students currently working towards an advanced degree in Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management or other related fields. What you will be doing: The Supply Chain Master Data Management Co-op will support initiatives to improve the governance, quality, documentation, and usability of master data and planning parameters for products managed by Commercial Supply Chain Planning. The Co-op will work across Supply Chain Planning, Logistics, Digital Technology & Engineering (DTE), Technical Operations, and other subject-matter experts (SMEs) to help define and document data-related processes, establish supporting documentation, measure key metrics, and gather stakeholder feedback. The Co-op will contribute to the development of master data governance practices, process documentation, training materials, workshop content, and documentation repositories. Key Responsibilities: Master Data Governance and Process Development Support the definition and documentation of master data governance, including data ownership, stewardship responsibilities, decision rights, process controls, and escalation pathways. Assist with drafting and maintaining master data management processes, workflows, and supporting reference materials. Support the collection, analysis, and presentation of metric results, trends, and opportunities for process improvement. Support the review, validation, and maintenance of master data and planning parameters in systems such as OPM and Kinaxis RapidResponse. Workshop and Stakeholder Engagement Create supporting materials for team workshops and working sessions, including agendas, presentation content, discussion guides, meeting notes, decision logs, and action trackers. Work offline with planners and other stakeholders to capture feedback on processes, data requirements, system usage, and documentation. Partner with Supply Chain Planning, Systems, DTE, Technical Operations, and SMEs to support cross-functional alignment on master data and planning activities. Help organize training-related content and maintain a log of feedback, revisions, and open items. Required Qualifications: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across a variety of stakeholders. Strong organizational and project-management skills, Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and SharePoint Legal authorization to work in the United States, now and in the future. You must be enrolled in an advanced degree program if graduating before May 2027 You must be available to work full-time, 40 hours per week from January – July 2027 Preferred Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as Oracle or SAP. Familiarity with supply chain planning platforms, such as Kinaxis RapidResponse. Experience working with data, metrics, dashboards, reporting tools, or process documentation. Pay Range: $0 - $0 Disclosure Statement: The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay, in accordance with federal and state requirements. Actual base salary pay will be based on a number of factors, including skills, competencies, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
