Organization: Cardiovascular Med Admin 20 Job Summary: This position will provide support for calendar management, agenda, communications, and projects as requested by the Division Director. These items require significant communication and collaboration opportunities across Vanderbilt Health and will develop strong relationships with peers across the medical center to encourage collaboration. Frequently requires after business hours communications and changes. 3 days in office – flexible based on work required, will need to have some flexibility due to potential conferences (splitting time between Preston Research Building and 2525) DEPARTMENT SUMMARY The Division of Cardiovascular Medicine at Vanderbilt University Medical Center (VUMC) is committed to understanding, preventing, and treating cardiovascular disease through: groundbreaking research, providing exceptional patient care, and training the next generation of leaders in cardiovascular medicine. • Groundbreaking research • Providing exceptional patient care • Training the next generation of leaders in cardiovascular medicine . KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide calendar support, track, submit and assist with expense reports, reimbursements, travel expenses, planning and coordination for a large research team. • Will manage PRB office, including maintenance of office supplies, hospitality items, etc. • Will collaborate with Division Administrator on Miscellaneous Payments for the division. • Will maintain, develop, revise, and assist in presentations for research meetings as directed. • Provide administrative support and programatic support to Division Managers as needed.
