As a VSC Claims Adjuster, you will play a key role in reviewing vehicle service contract claims, verifying coverage, evaluating repair estimates, and ensuring a seamless claims experience for customers, repair facilities, and dealers. What you'll accomplish with us As a VSC Claims Adjuster, you'll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Answer inbound calls from customers, repair facilities, and dealers regarding Vehicle Service Contract (VSC) claims. Review contracts to verify coverage eligibility and ensure all claims protocols are followed. Gather and evaluate parts and labor estimates using automotive labor guide applications such as Alldata and Mitchell Pro Demand. Determine claim eligibility, apply applicable benefits, and communicate claim decisions and payment procedures. Process claim documentation, maintain accurate records in the Toro system, and provide claim summaries and updates to leadership. What could accelerate your success in this role We're looking for someone who: Is known for their strong customer service and communication skills. Stands out for their critical thinking and sound claims decision-making abilities. Demonstrates strong attention to detail and accurate documentation skills. Is recognized for their ability to stay organized and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Has at least 2 years of experience in automotive claims, automotive repair, customer service, or a call center environment. Has experience working within a computer-based business environment. Holds an ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification (preferred). Can read and interpret contracts and vehicle repair estimates. Spanish language fluency is considered an asset.
