Job Description: The Solution Design and Implementation Specialist (m/f/x) supports the development and deployment of UPS technology solutions to enhance customer shipping, visibility, and billing processes. This entry-level role involves assisting in solution design, implementation, and troubleshooting while collaborating with internal teams and customers. The ideal candidate has a strong interest in technology, problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to learn and grow within the organization.
