Job Description
Putri Petani Maju Academy is a 12-month Female Sales Development Program designed to empower and develop future female sales professionals in the agriculture industry. Through structured learning, hands-on field experience, mentorship, and exposure to commercial operations, participants will build the capabilities needed to support sustainable agricultural growth and establish a successful career in agribusiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for demand creation and demand fulfilment in their territory
Manage excellent relationship and Implement Syngenta’s GTM strategy to Strategic R2s segments and strategic growers as well.
Implement field demand activities (Demo, FFD) and in store marketing activities that build a successful and sustainable business partnership. Closely work with TSM/SE to implement the agreed campaign, monitor implementation, effectiveness, and adjust as requested.
Act as a market intelligence for Syngenta in their responsible territory.
Qualifications
Female graduate in Agriculture, Agronomy, Agricultural Technology, Agri-business, or a related field.
Enjoy working with farmers, communities and diverse stakeholders.
Leadership experience through being part of organizations and managing events.
Excellent skill in: English, Communication, Presentation, Data statistics, Analytics, basic IT developer/programming, Ms. Office and digital platform.
